Subject :2010 NFL Draft: Is Joe Haden a Greater Choose Than Eric Berry for the Browns?

Cleveland Browns fans can only dream of the chance to land Tennessee safety Eric Berry at this point in time before the NFL Draft in April Christian Yount Jersey.

Most of them are material with the selection of selecting Florida cornerback Joe Haden if Berry is no longer on the board at No. 7.

Now one more "draft specialist" has published an up to date mock saying that when the Browns pick, the two Berry and Haden will be available for them to choose among, but the Browns will select Haden above Berry.

The two NFL.com's Bucky Brooks and now SI http://www.brownsshopofficial.com/Earl_Bennett_Browns_Jersey/.com's Don Banking institutions are in agreement with their respective mocks that the Browns would prefer Haden to Berry. You can see the two their mocks here and here .

Is this attainable?

Would the Browns pass on a quite rare affect safety to settle with a feasible shutdown cornerback?

That will be determined by both President Mike Holmgren and Common Manager Tom Heckert to pick the better of the two if they are both served to the Browns on a silver platter at No. 7.

Looking at this scenario logically, choosing both of the two would be a win-win for the Browns, who have big holes to fill in their secondary this offseason, but the selection will not be simple.

In the NFL, it is a much more rare occurrence to land a leading-tier safety the likes of the Steelers' Troy Polamalu Gary Barnidge Jersey, the Ravens' Ed Reed, the Colts' Bob Sanders (when healthy), and the Saints' Darren Sharper, to title just a couple of.

As far as cornerbacks go, there are several a lot more talented corners entering this draft, and the Browns can easily get a solid starter quality corner in either the 2nd or third rounds. But to have a possibility at Berry only to pass him up and watch him grow to be the following superstar safety is almost too large a possibility to get.

The Browns truly need to have an effect player in their secondary a lot more than anything correct now given that Brodney Pool has had too a lot of concussions in his job and Brandon McDonald's perform has been lackluster for the past two seasons.

Unless there is a way that they can get Florida State's Myron Rolle, can they pass up on Berry?

Of program, this is all just speculation, and the Browns could pass on each of them, but it seems unlikely considering that each Holmgren and Heckert have expressed their concern over the defensive secondary, and it is a key priority of theirs to fill.
