MANCHESTER, England -- Manchester City has added experience to its midfield for the Premier League title run-in by signing Chile international David Pizarro on loan from Roma for the rest of the season. Reggie White . The 32-year-old Pizarro played under City manager Roberto Mancini when both were at Inter Milan, before joining Roma in 2006. With Owen Hargreaves struggling to regain full fitness after joining City on a free transfer last summer, Mancini has been looking to add another central midfielder to his squad to cover for Yaya Toure, Gareth Barry and Nigel de Jong. Pizarro has played just seven times in the league for Roma this season. Referee Hilario Grajeda awarded the kick after he ruled that Columbus defender Bernardo Anor handled the ball inside the penalty area. Columbus earned the draw despite missing injured leading scorer Federico Higuain (hamstring) and Costa Rican World Cup call-ups Waylon Francis and Giancarlo Gonzalez.
